I currently live at Mira Flores. My roommate is moving in with her boyfriend and I will be transferring to a renovated apartment on the first floor, same building. You will have to complete an application to be approved, deposit will vary. You would have your own bathroom and we would split utilities, they’re usually around $80. I work full-time as a paralegal and take online classes full-time so I will be pretty quiet. I do have girls nights or friends over on the weekend sometimes, nothing crazy!
