Hey y’all!

This is an apartment located in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood in Cumberland county. The room that’s up for rent is listed in the ad with a queen size bed placed in the room for reference and the facilities include : Laundry, Parking, Heating, Snow removal and Trash.

I’m looking for someone who could move in at-least by mid July and can provide a professional reference.

The total cost of the apartment involves a rent of 977 with additional costs incurred for Electricity, Heating and other Utilities. Also, Cats are allowed for an extra fee but dogs are not permitted in the apartment :/

I am a working professional who works for a financial services company and has a hybrid work schedule, I love going to the gym, gaming, reading, going out for walks and usually keep to myself. I’m looking for someone who is willing to rent for the long term and is a working professional too.
