I’m currently looking for up to 2 roommates for a 3br/1ba in Somerville, walking distance to Magoun Square.

I’ve currently lived in the place for six years and my roommates (10yrs in the place/4 yrs in the place) are moving out, so I’m looking for two people to come in starting August 1st. Everything friendly: LGBTQIA. Cats and Dogs. 420.

Basically both rooms wont have furniture but living spaces are furnished. You can bring your own stuff though. It’s right next to Gilman, Ball Sq and Magoun Sq’s T stop and a short walk to either Porter, Assembly or Davis. Beautiful location. Scenic. Quiet. Walking trails nearby as well. Free, private parking on the property and in-unit free washer and dryer. Wi-fi and Cleaners are included in the rent. Massive private driveway. Back patio with gardening space. Basement storage.

Room 1: Approx. 1000$ with everything included (wi-fi, cleaning etc). 1000 Sq ft. Front private patio and walk-in closet.

Room 2: Approx. 900$ with everything included (wi-fi, cleaning etc.). 500 Sq Ft with a big closet.

Lease start is August 1st

I’m a HS teacher at a school nearby. I’ve lived here for six years. I keep to myself for the most part due to my schedule. I love sports. Gaming. A lot of geeky ephemera. I host trivia sometimes. Overall I’m a pretty relaxed roommate. As long as the place doesn’t burn down, I’m happy. 420, LGBTQIA and pet friendly.
