I will furnish the place with my furniture except you are responsible for your own room. Whatever items you may have feel free to decorate too. Looking for an adult, no one under 40 please. I am 52 but young. Sometimes I like to sit outside at the winery and listen to music with a glass of wine, go to the casino. Most Sundays I like to chill and watch movies all day and grab some take out.
