Fully furnished private bedroom available NOW. Located in an upscale neighborhood near shopping, hospital & close to I-95. NO illegal drug use or excessive alcohol use. smoking permitted on screened porch or back deck ,but not inside the house. I have cats so you must like animals. Cats are not allowed in the bedrooms. You will be expected to keep your room clean & clean up behind yourself in the bathroom & kitchen. If you mess it up, clean it up……..don’t leave it for others to clean up. Common areas cleaned every two weeks by professional cleaner. All expenses included in rent except your food & personal Iitems, and help with items used by everyone(bathroom tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc) Rent is $450/month with a $300 deposit which is refunded if room is left clean & 30-days notice given when moving out. Must have your own transportation & steady income.

Currently occupied by myself & two other male roommate. One rooms is available for rent.
