Beacon Avenue South

Looking for someone to take over my current lease ASAP. I recently took on a new job out of the area and need to move closer to work.

Basic Details

• Lease runs through February 2024 w/ possibility to renew
• Rent is $1000/mo
• Location: Seattle/South Beacon Hill neighborhood
• 3bed2bath (private bed & bath)
• You have your own bathroom
• Air conditioned
• Large front yard
• House is furnished minus your room (there is a built in closet, however, in your room)
• Large patio with attached garage

There are already pets (dogs + a cat) in the home, so we’re looking for someone without pets of their own. Looking for someone in their mid-late 20s or early 30s who wants to move in as soon as possible.

The other two people you’d be sharing the home with are 27 F and 30 F. One works as head baker at a bakery in Queen Anne, and the other works in leasing for students at Seattle U. There are 3 well-behaved dogs and a cat in the home. Everyone is very laid back and friendly.
