Gita's room

Room for rent in a 2x2.5 townhouse-style condo. It is in a gated community with free parking. Room available is on the 2nd floor, has a spacious closet, a large window that provides lots of natural light, and a private attached full bathroom. Washer/Dryer in unit. Central A/C. Convenient location to groceries and restaurants. On multiple bus routes (including to UF campus) if you do not have a car. This room is unfurnished.

I am in my late 20s and would prefer to live with others in that general age group- grad students, young professionals, etc! No undergrads please. I enjoy going out and doing activities as much as I enjoy being a couch potato. My hobbies include running, biking, swimming, and binge watching terrible Netflix shows. I don’t love hosting a lot of parties, but the occasional friend get-together is lovely! I would love to have a roommate who is down to do stuff together like game nights/watching a show together, but it is not necessary! I like to keep common areas tidy, but I don’t mind a place looking “lived in”. I really value roommate communication, and expect any disagreements to be handled maturely. The common areas are furnished, so you wouldn’t be able to bring communal furniture. No gender preference.
