I would want the same for the roommate coming in. Looking for a good living situation with someone. Donβt necessarily need to be best friends, but it would be nice to kick back, watch some tv, grab a bite to eat, and a drink or two. I try to be clean and considerate of the common areas and would want the same. Iβll usually take the trash out if I see it getting full or wash a plate or forks if I see them in the sink regardless if yours or mine. The space is ideal for a plant enthusiast looking to live in the city. There is plenty of space inside and out to cultivate some of your own veggies or decorative plants. The roof space is a large terrace that includes expansive views of DC with views of the Washington monument, national cathedral, and other notable buildings. We are LGBTQAI+ and pet friendly β able to accommodate 1 pet able to cohabitate with plants throughout the apt. (Small grass area for dogs on the roof+)
