I am a young professional man who has a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo, and I would like to find a new roommate the rent the now vacant 2nd bedroom. My condo is on the 16th floor which offers beautiful views of Manoa Valley and the Ko’olau Mountain Range.  This building is in an ideal location that is minutes away from Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana, University of Hawaii, Kahala, and the H1 Freeway.   The bedroom is large and spacious enough for a queen size bedroom set.  There’s lots of natural sunlight coming in through the bedroom window.  Also, a large closet for clothing and other personal items. Additionally, all utilities are included, including internet service, and a washer and drier.   I am an equal opportunity landlord, so I will not discriminate on any interested applicate regardless of their age, gender, sexual identity, race, color…  What I do require is a person who is honest, reliable, respectful, nice, and financially capable of paying their rent on time.
