My home sits ideally between the mountains and the desert on the East Boise Ridge along the Old Oregon Trail approximately 12 minutes from Lucky Peak. Albertsons Federal Way & Gowan Rd is 1 mile, Fred Meyer, Home Depot, and Zamzows is 2-1/4 mile. There are 4 churches nearby, 2 within walking distance. I have great neighbors in a quiet, safe, neighborhood.

My 4-bed home is pet friendly. I have two dogs: a Chihuahua and a Beagle, so must love dogs! If you have a small pet, it is very welcome but please be responsible for it. I have a doggie door to the backyard so the pets can come and go at will. The backyard is secure with doggie windows in the fence. I use one bedroom as my home office for writing. I prefer an older, retired adult – man or woman but WILL CONSIDER ALL. This room is available on July 1, 2023.

(doggie door to backyard). • Large, secure backyard with dog windows in the fence. • I have a single-size bed you can use until you can find a larger one. • Large, double garage with remote door lift. (I will provide a fob for your car). • I pay all utilities, all you pay is $700 per month cost share and percent of groceries. • I have no problem with secured firearms & ammo. • The bedroom is 10’ x 13’ (unfurnished) Privacy is respected. • Washer & Dryer • WIFI with Internet provided. • Large Screen TV in the living room with Netflix (you can access Netflix with smart TV/WIFI.) • Solar Power • Also, a very safe and comfortable home for a woman.

I am a retired/100 % disabled (inflammatory arthritis/diabetes) veteran, looking for a roommate to share my house. I am a Christian, 65 years old, and I live in a quiet, safe neighborhood on the Oregon Trail Heights with plenty of walking paths and a family atmosphere. I am disabled but self-sufficient. I just need someone to share costs, housework, and friendship with. My former roommate of 5-years just moved out to travel. I am very patient and easy to get along.
