-Room is very large -New Locks for door and closet + matching keys, closet has small shelving with clothing rail to hang items. -Partially furnished with some wall decor, tv stand and rising table, convertible ikea couch. -Personal AC to have temp control. -New Paint & Carpet -Shared Fridge with other tenants and small kitchenette area located in garage when inside kitchen may be busy for example. Easy going people live here and excited for additional tenant to share our home. We have 3 cats and 3 dogs, a chiweenie and 2 Chihuahuas. No drama no illegal stuff please. Smoking weed is a not an issue so don’t be shy. Thank you for your interest!

My wife and I live here. My wife use to be a surgical technologist and currently running an Airbnb cleaning business together. Our tenants Victoria and John work retail and are quiet like us. We have all become friends over time and not just people sharing a roof! Disagreements although nothing ever serious happens we can talk about stuff like family. Good atmosphere is best way put it.
