Sean's room

The room is 15x10 so it is a very large room with a walk in closet. The bathroom is shared BUT you will have your own sink and there is a door between the sinks and the toilet/shower portion of the bathroom. There is plenty of parking around and one garage spot available. Utilities are included. There is also a living room that I will be turning into an office space so your desk will not need to go in your room if you have a desk. There are a washer and dryer. There is a community pool and a personal hot tub. Great location being right next to Mesa Riverview, 8 minutes from ASU, 4 minutes from the 101, and 2 minutes from the 202. There is also a second room that is smaller that will be for less rent. Please ask about that one if you are interested. 12x10 ft

Currently it is just myself. Looking to create an amazing community of 3 awesome people. I will be finding another person to rent the other bedroom. I have a black lab who is the best, you will love him. I enjoy sports, friends, the gym (a gym partner to join the squat would be sweet), business/finances, and food. I am an introvert who needs to be extroverted every once in a while so I am a balance of both for sure. House rules and smaller details can be discussed as needed.
