Room for rent in beautiful two bedroom one and one half bathroom townhome in BayHo right outside of Pacific Beach. Private room with a sliding door closet and a SHARED “Jack and Jill Bathroom” (Each room has an entrance to the full bathroom from their respective bedroom). Half bathroom upstairs in living area. Street parking is usually really easy nearby the unit Available August 1, 2023.

NOTE: Room will be unfurnished. Closet doors were taken off but are in the garage and can be put back on if desired.

About the Condo: 3 story Townhome

• Bottom Level: one car garage (parking spot is not available but there is space available to store some things if needed)
• Full size washer and dryer in the garage!
• Middle Level: Two bedrooms and one full (bath/shower combo) jack and jill bathroom -Top Level: Living area, kitchen/dining and half bathroom (sink and toilet only)
• Common areas are furnished.
• Balcony off living area with distant ocean view overlooking the bay Very easy access to the freeway, Community Pool and Hot tub access + Raquetball Courts

You would be sharing this home with a young couple both working professionals outside the home. We are pretty laid back but keep pretty busy schedules between work/friends/travel and are just looking for a respectful individual to share our home with.

NOTE: We have one small dog (Pomsky 30 Pounds). Very good boy, but no other pets please. He hates cats and we would just prefer not to bring another dog into the home.

We have been renting the room to another couple for the past four years and it has worked out well but they are moving out by the end of July. We are friendly with current housemates and are hoping to have a similar experience with whoever moves in next. We love a good game night or movie night and hope all will feel comfortable and welcome inside the home.

Utilities included: Water, Trash Electric and internet. (No cable) We usually have a house cleaning service twice a month as well at no additional charge but this should not be considered a required service provided with the room rental.
