This duplex is located in the beautiful and peaceful Pauoa Valley, trees all around, bird chirping. just 10 minute drive away from the business distinct/chinatown and 20 minutes from Waikiki. Located near Pali Hwy for easy commutes around the island. Room is located on the first floor with 2 other roommates. Shared bathroom. Laundry located in garage. Balcony on the second floor, everyone in the house has access to. Beautiful view of the city and ocean. UTILITIES NOT INCLUDED.

Roommates are all in the late twenties, early thirties. All working professionals who like to go out from time to time. Social, but not at all a party house. There is also a golden retriever named Kai who lives up stairs.
