We are delighted to offer two charming bedrooms for rent in our stunning historical house located in the beautiful neighborhood of East Point, just south of Atlanta. This exquisite property is conveniently situated within a short 10-minute drive from the airport, with easy access to the I-75/85 and I-20, making it an ideal location for commuters and travelers alike.

The house has been recently renovated. What I love the most about the house is that it has a lot of light, the common area living room and dining room are tastefully furnished with sofas and tables and we also have a washer and a dryer on site. The house boasts a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors. Each floor features two bedrooms and one full bathroom.

We have two young tenants in their 20’s living on the first floor. One is a medical student and the other one a very busy young professional. We are looking for two roommates to live on the top floor. We would like to build a rich environment for driven yet easy going young people.
