1-2 Rooms For Rent ($1300 for one or $1750 for two)

This home is located in beautiful Meadow Vista on 2.5 acres. The room(s) includes a separate entrance and a private jack-and-jill bathroom. Shared areas include a living room, sunroom, kitchen, gym, laundry room, and upstairs game room with a pool table in the 3,500 square foot home.

If only renting one room, the other will be turned into our office/guest room. The bathroom will still be private.

Candidates must carry renters’ insurance and be able to pass a background check. Rent does not include an equal share of the utilities (propane, PG&E, internet, trash). The deposit is $1,300.

Your roommates work primarily from home but are clean and respectful of privacy. We have two dogs which is why we don’t want any more in the house.
