Room is the only downstairs room in 4 bedroom house, located in a safe, quiet established neighborhood in the Mission Oaks area of Camarillo, just a short drive from CSUCI and factory outlets.

My adult daughter and I are looking for a similar professional or student to share our house. We are often working or pursuing our outdoor activities, so there is ample personal space in the common areas. We are looking for someone who is considerate of others and appreciates keeping a clean living space.
