Hello! My name is Jay and I’m posting a furnished room for rent in a townhouse, located right in the middle of Parker. I am leaving to move back to VA, but wish I didn’t have to go! Rent is 800 (not including utilities, which is usually around 100). A security deposit of 800 and a background check will be required. You will be signing onto a lease that ends April 2024 and have the chance to re-sign! This upstairs room unit is spacious, with its own private full bathroom inside. Furnishings include a queen bed frame and mattress, dresser, nightstand, and lamps. We’re located in downtown Parker, which is a really nice and safe area. There’s lots of shops and restaurants to try out, and our townhouse is located right beside the main part of town which is convenient if you ever just want to use the sidewalks or buses to get around. The neighborhood pool has opened up too, which is just across from our unit! You will have full access to the rest of the main floor, such as the kitchen and living room, and access to the washer and dryer located in the basement. We also have a fenced in patio area! Looking to have somebody move in after July 4th. If you move in during July, your first month of rent will be free since I’m paying July’s rent and you’ll just be responsible for the security deposit. Females only as the current tenants are all females. No pets allowed, sorry!

There are two other ladies who rent here, one whose room is adjacent to yours upstairs, and one renting in the basement. One of my roommates also has a sweet 6 year old daughter. I’ve never had problems with either of them, they’re both respectful of my space and easy to get along with! There is also a dog in the basement who is very well behaved and cute.
