About the room
My girlfriend and I have a two bed two bath and are looking for a roomate from Aug 1 until end of January. (6 month lease) but if you are only needing less than that, that is fine.the 810 is with parking. And water electric and internet will need to be split(less than 100 each a month) you would have you own walk in closet and bathroom.
About the roomies
I am an engineer and my girlfriend is a paralegal and also an undergraduate studying pre law. We don’t have any pets and are quiet when we are here!
