Cost is $950 (includes internet and utilities). The lease is month to month. Minimum 3 month rental. Long-term rentals are also an option. Deposit is $950. Single occupants only. No couples or more than one person to reside in the room.

Home has a modern kitchen. Use of the kitchen is permitted by renter. Washer & dryer are located on the premises and use is also permitted. Home also has a pool. Home is located near a variety of restaurants and shops.

Background check on turbotenant.com is required. Aside from a $55 fee for information verification required by turbotenant, there is no additional monetary fee for applying for the room.

Desired Roommate: Seeking roommate to occupy a room in a house with the owner of home, male partner and an additional female roommate. One dog currently resides in the home, so we are seeking someone who enjoys living with dogs. No pets please due to a dog already occupying the home. Owner works from home and enjoys a peaceful home atmosphere, dinner with friends and family, and loves dogs. Owner’s partner is sociable, works as an engineer, is very handy, and enjoys exploring nature and photography. Owner’s dog is a miniature schnauzer who enjoys attention, tug of war and belly rubs. A chihuahua will visit the home during the day on weekdays. He enjoys treats and being loved. An additional female roommate also resides in the home. She is a nursing student who enjoys time with family and exercising.
