I am looking for a housemate to rent one room with a shared bath. Available June 30th.

We are creating a clean, quiet, and safe house for mature, working professionals.

The monthly rent is $875. This includes:

• All utilities (water, electric, gas, and internet)
• Yard maintenance
• 12 month lease preferred
• A $875 deposit is required

About the room:

• 11 x 11 with lots of natural light
• Shared bath - newly renovated
• Brand new high-quality window AC unit
• A heater is provided for colder months
• Unfurnished

About the house:

• Located near Biltmore Village (quick access to Sweeten Creek, Hendersonville Road and I-40 and only 10 minutes to downtown)
• Spacious living room & dining room
• Bright, open back yard with brick courtyard
• 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
• The other 2 rooms are also being posted for rent

Each housemate will sign off on a clear understanding of the house rules:

• Quiet hours after 10pm -Maintain tidy common areas -Dishes done after meals
• Keep shared bathroom clean
• Due to allergies, no pets are allowed
• No smoking
• Overnight guests are limited to 6 nights a month
• Any roommate that wishes to have a party or gathering of 3 or people must give the other housemates 3 days notice, and receive their consent
