Hey peeps, Looking for 3rd roommate to go in on a 1 yr lease starting July 1st. We are in Weaverville, walking distance to Main Street, 10 minutes to Asheville, 15 minutes to West Asheville. About the space, 3 bedroom home, 1 bath, and it has worked out pretty easily. Unfurnished Bedroom is a decent size (11x11) with good size closet. We have an extra bed frame if needed. Price is good, about $610/month everything included, $500 security deposit. We are generally pretty quiet, clean, and try to maintain a peaceful living environment. Looking for an adult who has spent some time doing self development, conscious communicating, and is respectful. We’re pretty open to most types of people not a party house or frequent sleep overs, occasional guests okay but not a hang out. I am a 54 yo nurse, I enjoy gardening and healing work, self development, art, nature and many other things when the energy is available. My roommate is in her 40’s, interested in astrology and knows a lot about it, likes listening to podcasts she is on the spectrum and tends to spend a lot of time in her room. We are both spiritually inclined and are interested in all the things. I have 2 cats that are indoor/outdoor. If you have any questions just PM me. I’m the other roommate, and I love this place! Quiet, safe, neighborhood with lots of trees, lovely roommates and cats, reasonable rent and utilities, nice location, W/D and storage space in the basement. I’ve lived here with Christa since 2020, and it’s been a nice home. 🧚‍♀️✨💜
