Move in date July fifteenth!

You will have a garage space, access to storage in attic. We would love to have a roommate who is mostly clean because we like cleanliness but are definitely not perfect. There are three cats so preferably no more animals. Entry to house is either garage or front door. You can choose between two rooms. One room is on second floor just off of kitchen with tub bathroom in room. Size eleven by thirteen with large closet space. Second room is on first floor next to garage and laundry with tub bathroom in room. Size ten by eleven with large closet space. Private floor to you. Must be fourtwenty friendly (Mainly outside but occasionally inside)
