The room that’s available has it’s own private living room with MASSIVE storage space and an additional room as well plus a bathroom. The kitchen is shared and is directly accessed from your own back entrance that leads directly to the basement. Our own Coin-laundry is also next to this entrance. Fenced front yard included. Hey we’re two 23/21 yr old students looking for someone to take the basement apartment. Move in can start on June 29! This is a queer household but all identities are accepted. The two of us work morning jobs and usually don’t hold many events so it’s a very quiet place to live. We mostly like to paint and play music for fun.
