I am the property manager who is looking for a suitable roommate for the one room available in this unit. On their behalf, I am looking for a housemate for them. The two men (both he/him) are 2 professionals working in the tech industry who occupy the other 2 bedrooms. One of the gentlemen will be attending UCBerkeley in the fall for graduate studies while working at Cisco. The other gentleman works in Frank Olsen Co in Livermore. These 2 gentlemen are neat/clean and most of all amenable, kind and friendly. They are looking for a decent, clean and trustworthy housemate. All utilities are shared between all occupants. The owner only pays for garbage/sewage fees.
