Wedgewood Avenue

Located in south Nashville you are 6-8 minutes from downtown, midtown, west end, pretty much anywhere. We live across the street from the soccer stadium and down the street from the fair grounds. It is a 1 floor home with a large driveway in the back. Hardwood floors and a fairly open floor plan.

Caley and I are in our late twenties looking for a roommate close in our age. I work a hybrid schedule Monday-Friday and Caley is a bartender on Broadway. She usually has 2 days off during the week and works all weekend. We are both very independent people but enjoy a Roomie dinner or drinks when our schedules align. No animals allowed nor can we smoke on the property. Landlord rules.
