I am looking for someone to rent out one of the bedrooms in my two-bedroom townhouse. LEASE STARTING SEPTEMBER 15, 2023 | $1,300 per month.

Townhouse: It’s located in five points, within walking distance to restaurants and bars, and less than a mile from City Park. Rent would be $1,300, there is ample street parking, utilities are typically about $100 per person per month. I already have a dinning table and living room furniture so you would really only need to furnish your own room. There is also a basement for storage.

I am 26, I work remotely doing marketing I am looking for someone to take the second bedroom in the townhouse I currently live in. I enjoy going hiking, camping, doing hot yoga, going out, and love a good reality tv binge.
