Cozy and well-sized room in the heart of Glendale. Close to everything essential, shopping centers and public transportation. (Ralphs, Whole Foods, Smart and Final, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, Ross, Nordstrom Rack, Staples etc) Walking distance to the Americana and the Glendale Galleria.

Apartment is in a quiet area in prime location with street parking available. The room itself is spacious with a mirror closet for extra space and wooden floor. Comes with a table and chair and a mini-fridge but you have to bring your own bed. The bathroom is shared and the living room is not available for hanging out. Available for move-in July 1st, 2023. Rent is $900 and Utilities are about $60 a month (including internet, water & power, gas etc).

We are looking for a respectful, nice roommate who either is a full-time student or somebody that has a full-time job. We’re expecting you to be clean to a normal standard as we are the same. We just want to live peacefully and do our thing without having to deal with unnecessary drama.

House Rules: No Pets, no smoking allowed inside the apartment, no crazy parties, clean up after yourself, open communication, be respectful when inviting a guest
