Hello! I have a 4 bedroom 1,500 square foot modern designed home. Looking for a responsible, clean, mindful person to share the home. Walking distance to Fresno State. (Major cross streets SE First/Barstow) PGE and internet included ( Please be mindful of the electricity). Very safe, family orientated neighborhood. No couples/pets/kids/partying/drugs/alcohol*. ( A drink here and there is fine if needed, please drink responsible.) House is fully furnished, all you need is a bed ( I have a fold out sofa if you would like to use that). Brand new high end washer/dryer. Beautiful back yard. Cold Plunge. Plenty of street parking. House is super clean and quiet, plenty of plant babies and would like to keep the house in a “Zen” state. I am 39 year old male yoga instructor, engineer and business owner. I travel a lot, I am very clean and mindful. I’m usually up by 6am. I do not drink or do drugs. I meditate daily. I am community driven and would love to share my space with a like minded individual.
