One of our bedrooms is opening up, and we’re looking for someone to join our peaceful, modern home. The house has been recently renovated and is fully furnished except for the available bedroom, which is completely empty and ready for your own setup. (Note: the photo is from before; the room now has a brand-new high-end Costco ceiling fan)

You’ll be sharing the house with two friendly and respectful roommates, both of whom work full time. Everyone values a clean, quiet, and relaxed home environment. The space has a very “zen” feel, filled with plant babies, and we do our best to keep it peaceful and tidy.

Room: Private bedroom with a shared bathroom

Rent includes: PGE + high-speed internet

Extras: Fully stocked kitchen, high-end washer/dryer, beautiful backyard, cold plunge, and plenty of street parking

Location: Less than a 10-minute walk to Fresno State (SE neighborhood of First & Barstow)

House rules: No couples, pets, kids, partying, or heavy drinking 😊
