Your share of the rent would be $825 per month. Total rent for the apartment is $1720; my bedroom is slightly larger and my bathroom is en suite, so you pay slightly less than half of the rent. Utility and electricity bills are split straight down the middle. Your total with rent and bills would probably be around $940 per month .

I own living room/dining room furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and washer/dryer and am happy to make these available for you to use.
