About the room

Furnished, private 150 square foot room with an air conditioner and closet with shared living room, kitchen, basement (with washer & dryer), office, and backyard. Right on the 12 bus line to UAlbany and Crossgates We’re looking for $750 with 1/3 utilities. Pets (especially snakes and other terrarium pets) are welcome, but two cats are already in the house.

About the roomies

Currently occupied by myself (24 Female) and my younger brother (21 Male). We’re geeky and keep to ourselves for the most part, although we’re open to hanging out if you want! Two cats also live here, they’re lovebugs.
