Week to week lodging agreement for this fully furnished room with 50 inch TV, full-size bed, laptop desk, midsize fridge, microwave, good size closet, and bed is elevated on 18 inch platform for plenty of storage. Shared bathrooms (one full, one half) maintained by cleaning service. Weekly linen changes and monthly deep cleans. Free coffee, free laundry detergent, and a dedicated laundry day just for you. * Mature NON smoking Males only* Pricing and lower deposits listed are reserved for active military males, reservists, and veteran males who work full time for military or government projects/agencies . Other male Veterans/mature professionals are welcome to apply but will pay slightly higher rates and deposits. All male household. No drama. Peaceful and clean.

Street parking only for ONE non commercial Vehicle.

Cash payments only. Because of prior issues, long processing or “fraud” holds, scams and data breaches: no checks, money orders, Venmo, online payment apps etc. Please, do not ask for exceptions.

Renters insurance with full liability coverage required PRIOR to occupancy (can be obtained online), $150* damage/late notice deposit and one time non refundable $50 linen sanitation fee required. *$250 deposit required for non-military/non-veterans. Rooms are fully furnished, decorated and linens provided. Kitchen fully stocked. Personal belongings are limited to those that fit comfortably in your room. (The property is geared towards military Geobachelors who travel light and who need flexible housing terms. We are not set up to accommodate and store vast amounts of personal items, weight benches, ellipticals, your own furniture other than a desk chair and/or a blender that can fit in your designated cabinets/shelves in kitchen or your room. Again, no storage areas available except for outdoor storage of kyaks/small canoes.

Have house rules and quiet hours that are in place to maintain cleanliness, adequate rest, safety and keep room rates steady. We strive for diversity and equality. Respect is paramount. Not a party house and severe and chronic intoxication will deem the person a poor fit.
