The home is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom single family house. You would be sharing the bathroom. Full kitchen. Laundry room in house. Has garage for storage. Backyard for garden, bbq, fire pit, and relaxation under the big oak tree. Parking Included on premise.

No Cats allowed. Highly allergic Dog Friendly (no small dogs) but must be kept outside. No Exceptions.

Monthly Rent -$1,000 + $100 / month utilities.

Security Deposit - $1,100 Renters must be over the age of 21.

A Gay Couple resides here. We’re pretty down to earth, friendly, and keep to ourselves. One of us is a Lyft driver and the other works at a Restaurant in WEHO. This is a 420 friendly house. We have an outdoor dog named Lucy. Other Medium to Large dogs welcome. No small dogs!
