I have a new 5 bedroom 3 bath, all modern home in the middle of Johnson City, very close to everything in a new development. Business grade WIFI, New LG front load washer and dryer, 82 inch flatscreen, very modern smart home with security system.

It is just me at the my home, i am a business professional that works a bunch. I got this house right out of my divorce, and it really is too big for just me but to the market for anything smaller is less than ideal now, I am very flexible with either furnished or unfurnished. The downstairs currently has a brand new queen bed in it, but am open to other options. It there is also a private office off of the living room that is included as well, private bath. Other notables, it is a smart home, gigabit fiber, has a garage but i park in it, the drive way accomdates 2 vehicles easily.
