This apartment is kept up to date with the landlord being attentive is there are any issues. I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love the apartment. The apartment is furnished except for the room that is to be rented out. The apartment: -Lease: August 1st 2023 - July 31st 2024 -Rent: $1150/mo, first and last month rent collected when lease is signed -Shared Utilities not covered under rent (average 75 per person each month): Electricity, gas (stove), wifi -Plenty of storage space -Beautiful deck/patio area -No parking but street parking is an option

I am looking for a roommate to fill a lease that starts August 1st as my current roommate is moving out. It is a two bedroom one bath apartment.

A bit about me (24F): I work downtown and work from home some days during the week. I enjoy hiking, reading, playing video games, and watching tv with friends. I like to keep shared spaces clean and clean up after myself.

I am looking for another female as a roommate. I would like someone who is also clean, friendly and respectful. I am happy to be friends with a roommate but that also is not important to me as long as we can respect each others space.
