Renting a medium size room just 20 minutes from the strip, one parking space available full use of kitchen and back yard. No drugs or guest, ok to smoke cigarettes outside, wine is okay in moderation, music is okay at reasonable volume. Looking for someone older and mature. I prefer veterans or traveling person or nurse I’m a 40 year old black American female, laid-back easy-going, quiet and respectful. Room can come furnished or unfurnished

I’m currently the only person in the home , there’s no pets, I don’t smoke or drink, I’m pretty respectful to my roommates privacy.
