Eligibility requirements: • Mature, responsible, employed professional; • No pets allowed; • Must be a clean person willing to share in basic household and yard maintenance/cleaning; • Must have current employment and prior rental references; • 1 year written lease requirement with first month rent and security deposit equal to 1 month rent, or 6 months written lease for $850 per month with first month rent and security deposit equal to 1 month rent; • Room is available starting July 1, 2023.

About household: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath house has two single adult males that you will share house with. They are great roommates – generous in spirit and very responsible. Household is 420 and alcohol friendly (no abusive use allowed), and smoking is allowed in garage or backyard.
