I have a 1 bedroom as soon as JUNE 30!!

•Pretty decent size we do have a bed, end table and lamp in there but If don’t like it we can move it out.

•1.5 bathroom so main bathroom will be shared. But (very ocd clean) :)

•Wifi/cable/kitchen access and I do have another refrigerator in garage.

•Washer and dryer available if you can just provide own soap!

•I don’t smoke (i vape) but there is ashtrays on front porch and or garage as outside only.

•I do drink occasionally and I do not do drugs.

RENT IS: either cash or zelle

•$600 with amenities listed. And a $150 deposit (non refundable)

SO TO MOVE IN IS: $600 RENT PLUS $150 (NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT) TOTAL:=$750

ALL utilities are included in the $600 monthly rent!!

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WOULD WANT TO STAY AT LEAST A YEAR OR LONGER IF POSSIBLE BUT IF NOT IS FINE TOO
