Old West Place

I am looking for a roommate starting in August. I am looking for someone reliable with bills and is clean other than that I tend to work well with others.

It is a duplex that is located 10 minutes from the Domain and 20 minutes from downtown. It is in a quite neighborhood nestled in-between mopac and i-35. It includes a large spacious yard and is animal friendly. It is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath with a spare room that is a little to small to list but can be turned into an office. The room is the master suite but we could also discuss the converted garage room if you are interested. The house does come with a washer and dryer inside. My current roommate is moving out July 15th.

I am 28 year old male Veterinary Technician and teacher. I work most days Monday thru Friday and tend to keep to myself, and I tend to keep a clean household. My room is the converted garage So you will usually have the house to yourself. I have a sweet 7 year old shepherd mix named Marlow who does tend to stay in the main portion of the home while I am at work.
