Catrina's room

This is a brand new 3 bed 3 bath townhouse located in Palmetto. Convenience wise- Publix is 6 minutes away, 2 different high way entrances are 5 and 10 minutes away, and there are restaurants and gas stations within 1 minute from the community. The palmetto library and police station are also across from the community. It is a quiet city and neighborhood. It’s about 25 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from Atlanta. You would have a private bathroom and parking spot.

I am a 22 year old female. It is currently just me in the house, no pets. I am mostly looking for someone around my age, 22-30. Smoking is ok, but only outside. Pets are ok. I am a quite and clean person, so would prefer a roommate who is the same.
