This listing is for the master bedroom. The bedroom alone is approximately 550 sq ft and the bathroom is about the same.

The move in date is flexible and we can work with you on the deposit and rent if you aren’t comfortable paying it at the same time.

The house currently has 5 people living in it. However, the place is large enough that the amount of people has never been an issue.

We are at the limit of pets in this household so unfortunately we can’t accept anymore pets. We also will not be accepting couples.

We are LGBTQ+ friendly and cannibis friendly. This is a very inclusive house that wants its’ occupants to feel safe. If you are racist, misogynistic, homophobic, or transphobic, this house is not for you.

Utilities are not included but are shared between each of the roommates. The total will never be above $200 monthly.

This property is currently housing a non-binary person, a female, and 3 males. There are one dog and one cat living here. Pets are allowed to roam the house but need to be notified when they are out. Most roommates are in their 20s, we have one roommate who is in their 30s.

The majority of us stay in our rooms when we’re home so we rarely run into each other. We’re a house of mostly introverts so if you like to keep to yourself, this is a perfect place for you. We’re very respectful of each other’s space and boundaries and we clean the place once a week.

The roommates are looking for preferably a female identifying person but it doesn’t matter as long as you are respectful. The room is located across from me (A woman).
