Open room small closet. Have a outdoor deck big yard parking. Have a small dog and a cat super friendly. Have garage plenty of storage. In a safe area. Central local near everything in Toledo. Mall 3min drive. Downtown 5min drive. Michigan 1min drive. U.T. Down the street 5 mins. House is old and little out dated but rooms are big and im try to update. Big open yard. Pool but not up and running yet.. 2car garage used for storage. Carport. Lite up deck. Firepit. Big living room never in it. Has central ac. Plus room has its own ac. Washer/dryer dishwasher.. cable tv internet.
