This is a nice place with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. (You’d be sharing a bathroom, but you’d get your own sink and cabinets.) You can easily walk to the Downtown Mall and IX Art Park, and it’s not far from UVA. The home has hardwood floors in the living and dining areas, lots of windows for natural light, and a large kitchen. New full size washer and dryer, new dishwasher, and Central A/C. And back porch with a yard. The common areas are furnished. Two cute cats currently live here.

Hi! We are both chill, quiet, young-ish (25 - 35), and fairly clean. I’m finishing up grad school at UVA, but doing a coding bootcamp rather than go on the academic job market So, at least until the holidays, I’ll be in the house bootcamping most of the time. The other roommate works full time out of the house. We both have a cat! I like having people over sometimes, but it doesn’t happen very often. We’re looking for someone else chill and (roughly) in our age group to move in in August.
