I’ve a got a spot in a great location in Arlington with a roommate that’s moving out to move in with his fiance. You’d get his area which is two large bedrooms (one he made into an office) and your own bathroom. It’s a big house (2.9k sqft) and it will be just 3 people total with everyone getting their own floor. Big backyard and deck with grill so it’s very nice when the weather is good. Short commute to dc, walking distance of metro and multiple restaurants. Love this place. Must be willing to sign 1 year lease starting sometime in April or May.

I work in finance as an institutional allocator for a govt pension. My other roommate also works as a lobbyist / in government policy. We both occasionally partake in the devils lettuce if that’s a problem. Each of us gets our own floor and own bathroom and its a four bedroom with only 3 people (my one roommate is gone most of the time) so theres tons of space
