I have 1 extra bedroom that is fully furnished, 2.5 bath 1,628 square foot home. I am located near Research Forest and College Park (242). Rent $900 per month which includes utilities- high speed internet w/xfinity– laundry room use- kitchen- full use of common areas. All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs 2 months required till lease ends in December. Must be: A mature, clean, single FEMALE- NO kids or Pets Must be OK with kids and must be animal friendly No smoking/drugs or alcohol allowed Must have a job & own transportation Must be able to pay rent on time, which is due on the first of every month Must have respect for me and my home Must be able to pass background check NO DRAMA
