Mackinley's room

Hello! I am looking to find another roommate to take my spot at the house I currently live at in the beautiful, gated, Fairways community here in the La Costa area of Carlsbad. The house is a 5bd 3ba and has a beautiful backyard view overlooking the Omni Resort and Golf Course near by. The bedroom the prospective tenant would be occupying is the upstairs bedroom, and you would share a full upstairs bathroom with another female. The house has high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two “living room” areas, and a three car garage. We are managed by an HOA and do not allow pets, and I would be looking for someone to be able to move in by July 1st, as our lease renewal occurs June 30th and I need to find a replacement by then. The deposit is $1,000, and there would be a total of 5 people living in the home, which is roughly 2,800sq/ft.

Four other people occupy the home, two women and two men. One of the guys has a downstairs bedroom and the rest have bedrooms upstairs. The two guys share a downstairs bathroom and the master has it’s own bathroom. All occupants work full time with the exception of one, who is in school full time at CSUSM. All the roommates are in their early to mid twenties and we’re looking for someone preferably in that age range as well :) Great spot for working professional or students to live, the home is also generally very quiet and empty on the weekends and throughout the week with people working.
