I’ve got 6 months left on a lease for a 2 bed 2 bath that I want someone to take over. If you want it, we can add you to the lease to make the transition easy, and I can remove myself after a month.
It was remodeled just before my move in, so it’s got new wood floors, new stainless steel appliances, and it’s touched up. it’s on the 3rd floor, washer & dryer are in unit, and it’s located very close to the pool. Comes with a covered parking spot and also has an abundance of freely available uncovered spots up against the building. It’s right off the I-10 so it’s conveniently located and surprisingly quiet given the location.
The complex has been under new management for just over a year and they have been renovating the entire complex. Beautiful pool and volleyball areas, fitness center is currently under renovation, and the community areas are beautiful.
About the roomies
I’m currently moving my things out, so there will be no roommates present when you move in.
