Hi! Im renting the main bedroom in my condo located in the Plaza Midtown building in Midtown, GA. This building has a publix located on the main floor and is a 10 minute walk from Piedmont Park and Georgia Tech. All utilities are included with washer/dryer as well. The building has a pool, fitness room, and gas grills. Preferably no pets. Unfortunately you would have to pay for separate parking if you wish to have your car on the premises :/

My name is Alex and im in my mid 20’s. I work full time as a custom home builder. I enjoy spending time playing soccer, meeting new people, and visiting family. Originally this was a 1 bedroom condo, but i’ve separated the living room with tall drapery and turned in into a bedroom (shown in the pictures). Over the year ive had a couple roommates and the setup works well! Im open to renting out whatever room you prefer or like more. They are both furnished but am open to switching/ removing furniture. The bathroom and kitchen area are shared. Im clean, easy going, and respectful of others. earliest move in date would be Jan 1st Please message me with any questions!
