One price includes all (rent and utilities) Make yourself at home in the common areas of the home with full kitchen privileges, watch a movie on the big screen TV in the living room, do laundry using the washer and dryer in our laundry room and soak up some sun on one of the lounge chairs along side the lovely heated salt water pool. Greetings - welcome to my home. I am a mature working class lady that has owned my home for the past 18 years.
