I’m looking for a roommate for a private bedroom in a 2bdr 1ba duplex/house. The place is in a quiet charming neighborhood near Costco and galleria by hwy 80 and 65. The house has washer/dryer, full kitchen, disposal, dishwasher, garden/yard, and a garage! Water and garbage is $37.50 due on the 1st, electricity varies from $60 to $100, and internet is $25 each. Our lease would only have 6 months remaining but if we are a good fit I am looking to stay here as long as possible with the right person! Must be willing to apply with credit/background check. You do not need to have perfect credit, previous tenant had belove average credit and was approved. Let’s chat and see if we are a good fit!

I am a 31 year old queer, part time student and full time working professional. I enjoy spending time outdoors and cooking. In my free time I love to read, garden and play music. I rarely have overnight guests but do occasionally have friends over on the weekend. I’d want you to feel comfortable doing the same! I am five years sober so would prefer someone who doesn’t drink much or is not into the party scene. I do not smoke but if you do that’s okay- just need to do that outside. I have 2 sweet dogs so another pet is highly unlikely but I am willing to see if the property management company would consider a roommate with a pet. I know if they were okay with it it would be another $500 for the pet. I am looking to fill the room asap with a single occupant. Sorry no kids or couples the lease won’t allow for it.
